For the valve with the above characteristics, when the action is accelerated near the valve disc, it is prone to water hammer impact. When it is close to full closing, the slower the valve action, the better. Therefore, a throttling device can be set on the valve disc. In addition, the throttling and action parts of the pilot valve should try to avoid setting an orifice with a very small diameter to avoid blockage. If necessary, add filter, conduct regular maintenance and set bypass pipeline. The hydraulic control valve is divided into diaphragm type and piston type. The working principle is the same. Both of them are powered by the pressure difference between the upper and lower reaches. They are controlled by pilot valves, so that the diaphragm (piston) hydraulic differential operation can be completely automatically adjusted by hydraulic power, so that the main valve disc can be fully opened or closed or in the adjustment state

when the pressure water entering the control room above the diaphragm (piston) is discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream low-pressure area, the pressure acting on the lower part of the valve clack and below the diaphragm is greater than the pressure above, thus pushing the main valve clack to the fully open position: when the pressure entering the control room above the diaphragm (piston) is in the middle of the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure, the main valve clack is in the regulating state, Its adjustment position depends on the joint control of the needle valve and pilot valve in the catheter system

the pilot valve can open or close its own small valve port through the change of downstream pressure, so as to change the pressure value of the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) and control the adjustment position of the main valve disc.
